This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms under which CoHub India processes refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for its services, including Virtual Offices, Meeting Rooms, and Coworking solutions. By using our website or making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Virtual Office Services
Payment Terms
- Payments are collected in advance (full or partial).
- Agreement drafting is done by the space partner.
- KYC documents are mandatory to proceed.
Refund Policy
- Before draft agreement is shared:
- 90% refund applicable – subject to case
- 10% deducted as operational & processing charges – subject to case
- After draft agreement is approved by the client:
- No refund applicable under any circumstances
Delays or rejections due to incomplete KYC, business nature, or client-side documentation issues are not eligible for refunds.
2. Meeting Room Bookings
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is mandatory.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment and partner availability confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling
- Allowed up to 72 hours before booking time
- Subject to room availability
- Same or higher value booking
- Rescheduling beyond this window is not permitted
3. Coworking / Managed Office Services
- CoHub acts as a facilitation & brokerage platform.
- Pricing and closures are mostly offline and customized.
Refund Policy
- Any refund, if applicable, is subject to space partner approval.
- Once the space partner confirms the booking, refunds may not be applicable.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source.
- Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
